MAYOR INSPECTS SMARTPLATE CUP MALAYSIA 2025 CHAMPIONSHIP

Nilai, 6 September 2025 – YBhg. Dato' Ir. Ts. Haji Masri bin Baharuddin, Mayor of Seremban City Council, took the opportunity to visit the Smartplate Cup Malaysia U8, U10 & U12 Championship held in Nilai yesterday. The program was organized by Fireball FA in collaboration with Seriemas Sportsplex and PNB Development. During the visit, he suggested that more field facilities be provided to discover new talents and to create opportunities for students to lead healthier and more wholesome lives. He also expressed his excitement at the overwhelming public response towards this grassroots football event and encouraged that such programs be held more frequently to strengthen community unity. Also present were En. Habri Hamzah, Manager of Seriemas Sportsplex, Coach Zahirudin Amiruddin, Head Youth Coach of Negeri Sembilan, as well as Ustaz Mahathir Shah Bin Mohd Akahsah, President of Fireball FA. The presence of the Mayor alongside other distinguished guests brought fresh inspiration and motivation towards the development of the sport. Together, let us continue to uplift sports, strengthen bonds of unity, and nurture new talents for the future of national football.
