Pre-Consultation Session for Business Licence Applications in Nilai 3

Nilai, 28 October 2025 – The Seremban City Council (MBS) held a Pre-Consultation Session at the Operations Room of the Nilai Branch Office regarding Business Licence Applications in the Nilai 3 area. The purpose of this session was to provide clarification to applicants on fulfilling the remaining requirements necessary to obtain an MBS business licence. A total of 18 business licence applicants attended the session, which was supported by four internal departments of MBS, namely:

i. Licensing and Entrepreneur Development Department, MBS
ii. Building Control Department, MBS
iii. Development Planning Department, MBS
iv. Legal and Enforcement Department, MBS

During the session, Public Health Assistant Officer (PPKP) Khairul Azmi Bin Md Isa delivered a briefing to the participants, where each applicant received specific guidance on how to meet the licensing requirements according to their respective business premises.
