The Seremban City Council (MBS) would like to inform that inspections of food premises and audits of public toilets are carried out using the JKT Form to ensure that premises remain clean, safe, and compliant with the prescribed hygiene and health standards.
⚠️ Owners of food premises and managers of public toilets must comply with these criteria to avoid any enforcement action.
🍴 Food Premises
The inspection covers food storage & safety control, serving control, food handlers, water supply, sanitation, premises structure, and documentation.
Grade A: 86–100% (full marks for critical CCP items)
Grade B: 71–85%
Grade C: 51–70%
Below 50%: Not eligible for grading; premises will be subject to closure (PKD)
🚻 Public Toilets
The audit evaluates the environment, structure & maintenance, sanitation facilities, signage/notices, cleaning activities, and additional requirements (air fresheners, mirrors, clothes hooks, innovations, vector control, diaper-changing area).

⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4 Stars: 81–90%
⭐⭐⭐ 3 Stars: 71–80%
⭐⭐ 2 Stars: 61–70%
⭐ 1 Star: 51–60%
❌ No Star: ≤50%, notice and advisory services will be issued
