DEMOLITION OPERATION OF ILLEGAL STRUCTURE

Nilai, 11 September 2025 – The Seremban City Council (MBS) conducted a Demolition Operation of an Illegal Structure in front of INTI International University today. For information, MBS had received public complaints regarding the dilapidated condition of a hut which posed potential danger to students and the public if they came near it. Through the Building Control Department, MBS had issued a notice instructing the owner to immediately demolish the illegal structure; however, the owner failed to comply. Consequently, MBS proceeded with enforcement action to demolish the structure. Present during the operation were YBhg. Dato' Ir. Ts. Haji Masri bin Baharuddin, Mayor of Seremban City Council, and Tn. Ir. Ts. Br. Mohd Kamal bin Mohd Yusof, MBS Secretary, to witness the demolition. Also in attendance were Tn. Hj. Fadhil bin Kamaruddin, Director of Maintenance, along with MBS officers.
