Handover Ceremony of the Upgraded Scoreboard Project at Paroi Aquatic Centre

20 September 2025 (Saturday) – The Seremban City Council (MBS) extends its highest appreciation to YB Puan Hannah Yeoh Tseow Suan, Minister of Youth and Sports, for the allocation of RM500,000 and the subsequent handover of the upgraded scoreboard project at the Paroi Aquatic Centre. This project not only enhances professional-level sports facilities but also benefits the local community, athletes, as well as the hosting of national and international championships in Seremban. MBS remains committed to supporting the development of sports infrastructure for the well-being of society and to nurture more new talents in the country’s sporting arena. The handover ceremony was further highlighted with a ribbon-cutting gimmick by the Minister of Youth and Sports, together with YB Tuan Arul Kumar a/l Jambunathan, Negeri Sembilan State Executive Council Member (EXCO), and YBhg. Dato’ Ir. Ts. Haji Masri bin Baharuddin, Mayor of Seremban City Council. As a symbolic launch, Minister Hannah Yeoh also officiated the start of the 400m freestyle event, marking the official use of the new scoreboard at the Paroi Aquatic Centre.
