Landscape Beautification & Tree Planting Program: “Green the Earth, Refresh the Mind”

Mantin, 10 September 2025 – The National Sports Council, in collaboration with the Seremban City Council (MBS), organized a landscape beautification and tree planting program at the Mantin Shooting Range. This initiative was carried out as an effort to create a greener, fresher, and more sustainable environment for the local community. The objectives of this program are to:

✅ Provide exposure and raise awareness about the importance of preserving beauty and appreciating the environment
✅ Instill love for nature, beautify areas with suitable flowering plants, and enhance knowledge about planting
✅ Educate the community to avoid causing damage and environmental pollution in the future
✅ Create opportunities for collaboration between the local authority and the National Sports Council through corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities

Also present were LAr. Haji Nasiruddin bin Ab Rahman, Director of the MBS Department of Parks & Landscape, Puan Marhizah binti Abdul Razak, Director of the Negeri Sembilan State Sports Council (MSN), as well as staff members of MBS & MSN. It is hoped that this effort will be a continuous step towards making the city greener, more beautiful, and sustainable.
