Seremban City Council Customer Day Programme 2025
Seremban, 11 October 2025 – The Seremban City Council (MBS) held its Customer Day Programme yesterday at Mydin Mall Seremban 2. Various activities were organised to facilitate face-to-face engagement and services between customers and MBS. In this programme, MBS introduced the concept of "digital" or online service delivery to the citizens of Seremban City. A total of 17 booths from MBS departments and units offered a range of services. Among the activities featured throughout the programme were:
- MBS Machinery Exhibition
- Children’s Colouring Contest
- Traditional Games Demonstration
- MBS Online Service Counters
- Meet & Greet Session with the Mayor
- Up to 70% Discount on Parking Compound Fines
- Lucky Draw (with smartphone prizes)
- Zumba Session in conjunction with National Sports Day
- Community Awareness Briefing by Petronas Gas Berhad
- Special gifts for the first 100 Assessment Tax / Compound Bill payers
MBS also launched the GeoSeremban and MBSFly applications, officiated by YB Tuan Arul Kumar a/l Jambunathan, Chairman of the Local Government, Housing and Transportation Committee. Also present during the programme were YBhg. Dato’ Ir. Ts. Haji Masri bin Baharuddin, Mayor of Seremban City Council; MBS Council Members; Tn. Ir. Ts. Br. Mohd Kamal bin Mohd Yusof, MBS Secretary; as well as Department and Unit Heads of MBS. Heartfelt appreciation is extended to all residents of Seremban City who attended and enlivened the event.
