For organizing this time, the Ministry of Digital (KD) appears as the organizer of the MADANI Rakyat (PMR) Program 2025 Negeri Sembilan. Themed “Digital Across Generations, Empowering Communities”, PMR 2025 Negeri Sembilan expresses the Government's ongoing commitment to digitize the country in order to improve the quality of life and drive a high-tech future that sees the values of humanity and social justice.
