The Seremban City Council offers two methods for applying for burial services:

• Manual Application: Directly at the Environmental Health Department counter, Seremban City Council.
• Online Application: Through the MBSClick portal (https://click.mbs.gov.my) or the mobile application, ePusara. You can download the app from the Google Play Store or Apple Store by scanning the QR code below.

• Burial Plot Application and Payment at the Seremban City Council Counter
   
  1. Heirs may apply for and pay for burial plots at Islamic cemeteries (Citizens: RM 80, Non-Citizens: RM 500) and Christian cemeteries (Citizens: RM 300, Non-Citizens: RM 500) at the Seremban City Council (MBS) counter in WISMA MBS Forest Height by submitting the following documents:
      
     • Applicant (heir) identification document
     • Deceased's identification document
     • Temporary death certificate (issued by the hospital or police)
     • Christian Association letter (for Christian cemeteries only) (Appendix 4)
        
  2. Upon completion of the application, the heir must bring the ePusara bill (Appendix 1) to the payment counter to make the payment.
      
  3. The heir must return the paid ePusara bill to the Health Department counter to obtain a copy of the burial permit (Appendix 2).
      
  4. A copy of the burial permit must be brought to the cemetery site along with a copy of the temporary death certificate (Appendix 3) and submitted to the cemetery supervisor.

• Burial Plot Application and Payment via the MBSClick Portal
   
  1. Heirs need to visit the MBSClick portal (https://click.mbs.gov.my) and register an account for first-time users.
     
  2. After registering, the heir must log in using the registered account and complete the required information.
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
  3. The heir must upload the required documents, which include:
     • Applicant (heir) identification document
     • Deceased's identification document
     • Temporary death certificate (issued by the hospital or police)
     • Christian Association letter (for Christian cemeteries only) (Appendix 4)
  4. Upon completing the payment, the heir will receive a burial permit (Appendix 2).
  5. Burial fee for Muslim burial ground:
     • Citizen (RM 80)
     • Non-citizen (RM 500)
  6. For Christian burial ground:
     • Citizen (RM 300)
     • Non-citizen (RM 500)
  7. A copy of the burial permit must be brought to the cemetery along with a copy of the temporary death certificate (Appendix 3) and submitted to the cemetery supervisor.

  1. Heirs need to download the ePusara app from the Play Store or App Store and register an account for first-time users.
     
     
      
  2. After registering, the heir must log in using the registered account and complete the required information.

  3. The heir must upload the required documents, which include:

     • Deceased's identification document
     • Temporary death certificate (issued by the hospital or police)
     • Christian Association letter (for Christian cemeteries only) (Appendix 4) Upon completing the payment, the heir will receive a burial permit (Appendix 2).

• PERHATIAN
  1. The burial time is limited from 8.00 AM to 10.00 PM only.
  2. The council only issues burial certificates and provides staff for digging and setting up tents.

  4. Tuan Haji Said Cemetery has been closed since 6/8/2020, while Sikamat Christian Cemetery is only open for burials of plots booked before June 2020.
  5. The construction of permanent graves on burial plots is no longer permitted (Decision of MBS Management Meeting No. 2/2021 dated 29/3/2021).
  6. If there is any misconduct related to MBS employees in these cemeteries, please report it immediately to 06-765 4333 with evidence (video/photo) or other relevant documents.
  7. Heirs cannot bring their own headstones to the cemetery. Headstones must be ordered through the MBS Cooperative, and heirs may only order coffins through the MBS Cooperative. Ordering coffins from outside the cooperative is strictly prohibited.
