Professional Counter Management Course: The Friendly Face of MBS

Seremban, 8–9 September 2025 – The Seremban City Council (MBS), through its Corporate Communication Unit, organized the Professional Counter Management Course: The Friendly Face of MBS with the objective of enhancing service quality and promoting a customer-friendly image among front-line staff. A total of 40 participants from various MBS departments and units, including the secretariat, took part in the course, which was conducted by Mr. Wan Muhamad Azman bin Wan Abdullah, Medical Officer from the Federal Territory State Health Department. YBhg. Dato’ Ir. Ts. Haji Masri bin Baharuddin, Mayor of MBS, and Tuan Ir. Ts. Br. Mohd Kamal bin Mohd Yusof, Secretary of MBS, also took the opportunity to engage with the participants and join the interactive and Q&A sessions with counter staff. The initiative aimed to strengthen MBS’s culture of excellence, professionalism, and integrity in service delivery.
